For those who wish to use the childcare room

A childcare room with the following details will be available at the 29th tRNA Conference.

If you wish to use this service, please fill out the Consent Form and Childcare Application Form below and apply by fax or email to the Administrative Office by October 15, 2024 (Tuesday). We will contact you to confirm your request, so be sure to include your email address on the application form. To use the childcare room, bring your child to the participant reception counter on the day.

Please confirm the following items, sign the form, and submit it by fax or email.

(1) On the day, bring photo ID that can be used to verify your name, address and identity.

(2) Take your child's temperature in the morning and let us know it when you drop them off.

(3) Bring the following items:
a) Everything necessary for childcare
b) Snacks, drinks
c) If you are leaving your infant with us, bring a baby bottle, powdered milk, hot water, diapers, and a change of clothes

(4) The organizer will not provide lunch, snacks, toys, books, etc.

(5) We may refuse to accept your child if they have a contagious disease (COVID-19, influenza, chickenpox, measles, rubella, etc.) or for other reasons beyond our control.

(6) If your child's physical condition suddenly changes, or emergency evacuation is required due to a fire, etc., the babysitting company (Yui-maru Baby Kanazawa) will take the appropriate action. We will also contact you via your emergency contact number.

(7) The babysitting company has insurance to cover unexpected accidents. The Congress Secretariat and Administrative Office cannot be held responsible for any accidents. In the unlikely event that an accident occurs, we will not be held responsible for the accident unless it was caused by gross negligence on the part of the babysitting company.
