  • 2.Guide for Oral Presenters

    • 1) We will use PCs for presentations, which will be shown on a single screen. The aspect ratio of the screen is 16:9.
    • 2) Please submit presentation files either through Dropbox or by bringing a USB flash drive to the preview desk. Both Windows and Macintosh systems are available. If you prefer, you may also present using your own laptop; in this case, please bring your device to the preview desk.

      The following PCs will be available at the venue.

      Windows PC: Windows 11, PowerPoint 2019, Acrobat reader
      Macintosh: MacOS12, PowerPoint 2016, Keynote 14
    • 3) An HDMI input connector will be provided. If your laptop does not have an HDMI output port, please bring an appropriate HDMI adapter cable.
    • 4) The podium will be equipped with a power outlet, monitor, mouse, and keyboard for your use. Please run your presentation by yourself.
  • 3.PC preview

    • 1) All oral presenters (excluding Flash talks) are requested to test your presentation at the "PC Preview" at least 30 minutes before the start of your session. To ensure smooth proceedings, we kindly ask that you attend the PC preview during the times listed below. Even if you have submitted files via Dropbox or are presenting on your own PC, you'll still need to visit the PC Preview.
