  • 3.Important Instructions for Poster Presenters

    • ・Presenters are requested to wait by their presentation posters at the start of the session.
    • ・Please note that any posters remaining displayed after the designated removal time will be disposed of by the organizing committee.

  • 4.Poster size and mounting instructions

    • 1) Display space: 120 cm (W) x 190 cm (H)
      You do not need to use the entire width and height; these are only the limits.
    • 2) Poster numbers will be placed on the poster boards. Please find your number.
    • 3) Thumbtacks will be provided.
